The day-to-day service in terms of responding to user requests through the help desk has been excellent and the monthly server health checks are very reassuring. Three-monthly review meetings with Chris and Ashley are really useful in terms of maintaining an overview of our requirements and “moving us forward” in IT efficiency and security. In between these meetings, responses such as providing options for replacing our current server are always provided promptly and clearly. There is a definite sense that Apex are working with us to improve our IT infrastructure with a view to both security priorities and the realities of our budget limitations.”
