2025 is shaping up to be a truly exciting year for me. It marks my second year at Apex Computing Services, and I couldn't be more thrilled about the opportunities ahead. At the back end of last year, I was delighted to be promoted to Head of New Business, a role designed with client experience at its core.
 
In my new position, I will be engaging with new clients exploring Apex for the first time, or perhaps returning to us for a second look. My goal is to help them understand what we do, how we do it, and why we are the best choice for their IT needs. Additionally, I will be supporting our existing clients as we continue to grow. Ensuring they receive the best support and account management in the North West remains a top priority.
 

Making IT Simple

This year, Apex wants to reinforce a simple message: IT does not need to be complicated. Let’s make IT simple. As businesses across the UK prepare for a challenging year, having all bases covered is more important than ever. One pressing issue is the upcoming end of Windows 10 support, something all businesses must prepare for. Leaving it too late could result in significant costs, which in the current economic climate, is something organisations cannot afford to overlook. Our role is to ensure businesses are aware of these changes and prepared for what’s ahead.

Since the COVID pandemic, businesses have faced numerous challenges regarding how and where we work. Apex has remained steadfast in its commitment to providing full support.
